Ilorin Emir Condoles Katsina Over Dogarai's Death

The Emir of Ilorin, Alhaji Ibrahim Sulu-Gambari, has commiserated with the entire people of Katsina Emirate Council over the death of its Sarkin Dogarai, Alhaji Hamisu Mamman, in an auto crash.

Mamman, who died ?on Saturday, was among the entourage of the Emir of Katsina, Alhaji Abdulmumini Kabir Usman, returning to Katsina from Ilorin where the monarch was installed as the 5th Chancellor by the University of Ilorin during its just concluded 31st convocation and 40th anniversary ceremonies.

He expressed sadness and described the death of ?the Emir of Katsina's Chief Guard as a colossal loss to the entire Emirate and ?humanity at large. He described it as painful at a time his principal needed his support in coordinating the palace guards to further assist him in discharging more responsibilities to the nation.
