Buhari urged to intensify effort to recover stolen funds
President Muhammadu Buhari has been urged to intensify moves to recover the nation's money allegedly stolen by some officials of the previous government and their accomplices.
Speaking with journalists in Ilorin, a Lagos-based social entrepreneur, Alhaji Yakubu Olayiwola Gobir, said the need became imperative in the bid to address infrastructural lapses caused by the perpetrators through the slush fund.
Immediate-past National Security Adviser, Col. Sambo Dasuki (rtd) is being prosecuted alongside others for among others, diverting billions of naira meant for procurement of military hardware to battle raging terror in some parts of the country.
