Date: 2023-08-14

Former Senate President Bukola Saraki and Offa Descendants Union (ODU) have joined others in mourning the death of former Kwara State Military Administrator Group Captain Salaudeen Olatinwo (Rtd).
Senator Saraki described the passing away of Olatinwo as yet another big loss for the state.

The ex-MILAD reportedly died in the early hours of Saturday in the United Kingdom.

He was 83.

Saraki, in a statement by his media aide, Abdulganiyu Abdulqadir, said the military officer died at a time, when the wisdom and experience of senior stakeholders were needed to steer the ship of the state.

Offa Descendants' Union (ODU) described the deceased as a complete gentleman and officer.

National Secretary of ODU Idowu Oladipo said the former military administrator contributed immensely to the development of Kwara State during his short tenure of office.
