He said the state government values the contributions of the diaspora and looks forward to stronger partnerships in driving sustainable development across Kwara.
The Governor noted that despite security challenges affecting parts of the country, his administration remains committed to safeguarding lives and property while implementing policies aimed at improving infrastructure, education, healthcare, social investment and institutional reforms.
According to him, the government's ongoing interventions are laying a solid foundation for sustainable growth and economic prosperity, with significant investments in road infrastructure, education and healthcare.
AbdulRazaq also urged members of the association to remain united, stressing that a cohesive diaspora community would be better positioned to contribute meaningfully to the development of Kwara State.
In his remarks, KSANG National President, Dr Gboyega Abdulkadir, reaffirmed the association's commitment to supporting development initiatives in Kwara through programmes focused on education, healthcare and humanitarian services.
He said the association has continued to promote unity among Kwarans in North America while contributing to community development through scholarship schemes, medical outreach and other intervention programmes.
