Kwara State Governor, Mallam AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq, CON, has approved the reappointment of tech innovator Kayode Ishola as the Senior Special Assistant (SSA) on Digital Innovation.

The reappointment reflects the Governor's confidence in Ishola's commitment, loyalty and contributions to advancing the administration's vision of digital transformation, innovation and youth empowerment across Kwara State.

During his previous tenure, Ishola spearheaded several technology-driven initiatives, including the Kwara Coding and Digital Literacy Programme and grassroots digital capacity-building projects designed to equip young people with relevant digital skills for the modern economy.

His efforts also contributed to promoting digital inclusion, strengthening technology education and supporting the state's drive to build a vibrant innovation ecosystem.

In his renewed role, Ishola is expected to drive the implementation of the state's digital transformation agenda, support the growth of the local technology ecosystem, promote innovation and entrepreneurship, and expand digital literacy programmes across Kwara State.
